Neal Gagen

“My goal is to be a healthy 85-year-old one day.”

Neal didn’t come from a fitness background. In fact, he had never consistently exercised before. After his divorce, he decided to invest in his health through intentional, incremental changes.

So he started.

Today, Neal trains once a week with John Brock through virtual 30-minute sessions that are simple, consistent, and effective. But for Neal, the workouts are only part of the benefit.

What he values most is the accountability and encouragement.

“Getting to the gym is more than half the battle.”

Today, Neal feels more confident in his balance, better understands his body, and shows up ready to learn, ask questions, and put in the work. When asked what he would tell Front Door Fitness trainers, he said:

“Share your talent with those you care about… you’ll extend their life longer than any doctor.”

That’s what this is about.

Helping people build a life they can keep living — fully.
