Steve has been training consistently once a week while he’s in town, and his dedication shows. In addition to our sessions, he’s been putting in extra work on his own, which has accelerated his overall progress.
In the last 12 weeks, we focused on two main goals: building core endurance through planking variations and improving his swing speed for golf. With a big annual golf trip coming up, Steve wanted to be at his best, so we incorporated movements designed to translate directly to his game. Exercises like trunk twists, Pallof presses, lunges, and explosive kettlebell swings have all played a key role in developing his power, stability, and rotation.
Steve’s commitment is paying off—he’s stronger, more explosive, and better prepared to perform well on the course and beyond.
