Swinging Fit!

I have had the pleasure of training with Patti since August 2014. We work together once per week and Patti has a work ethic that is truly admirable. She is someone who is always making sure she is doing the exercise correctly. I’ve witnessed lots of strength gains in Patti since we’ve been training together – she’s gotten so much stronger! Her upper body strength has seen vast improvements as well as her core strength. Just the other day, she held a plank hold for a minute and a half with ease. Now I try and make the planks more challenging for her because she does them with ease!

Patti enjoys playing a lot of tennis. We put in a lot of work on developing a strong core and good mobility for strong and injury-free rotation. We work on mobility in the spine, flexibility throughout the whole body, and leg strength so she can generate more power with her swing. Patti is very consistent and I always can count on her to show up for each of our sessions ready to work out! I look forward to seeing her make more and more improvements in 2017!
