Getting a Stronger and Slimmer Waistline

Clayton has been a client of mine for 3 years. Over the last year or so, he has really shifted his mindset about nutrition and exercise. Clayton no longer looks at his weight as a barometer of himself, but instead evaluates how he feels and his waistline. Clayton has taken up yoga which has improved his flexibility tremendously. His strength has increased and his waistline has really improved. Clayton is now eating more protein, less sugar and carbs, and is eating good clean fats.

Several members in his country club have even noticed the transformation Clayton has had so it’s really exciting to see him take on his fitness with control and determination. Clayton is a very hard worker and always challenges himself when we are working out. He always asks for more weight if he can handle it and loves to get after it in his workout. Clayton, I would say is my fittest client. He can handle anything I throw at him and pushes himself to the brink every time.

I love working with Clayton and seeing him excel in his fitness life. I’m eager to see him achieve more of his goals in 2017!
