Plan and evaluate your meals and snacks. This can help you avoid convenience snack choices made out of desperation. The more healthy foods you have in your fridge, freezer, and pantry, the less likely you are to reach for the first thing in sight. Avoid grazing which can be easy to do when spending so much time at home. Stop and wait 10 minutes before you eat another snack. Ask yourself if you are hungry or just bored or stressed?
