What times and days are trainers available for sessions?
Our trainers are available for sessions Monday through Friday, 5:30 am-6:00 pm and Saturdays 7:00 am-11:00 am. You choose your ideal training time.
Do I live close enough for in-home personal training?
Our trainers provide in-home personal training services within the Kansas City metro area. We deliver training to you at your home, office, or favorite park. Take a moment now to discover if your desired training location is within our service area.

How much space do I need?
All you need is about 8×10 feet of floor space, whether that be in your home, backyard, office, or a local park.
What about safety?
All of our personal trainers are highly experienced and nationally certified. We’ll pair you with a trainer best fit for your needs, fitness level, and goals. We also encourage you to speak with your trainer and/or current clients who work with your trainer prior to your first session so you feel 100% comfortable.
Do I need strength or endurance before I work with a personal trainer?
Absolutely not. Many of our clients haven’t exercised regularly in years and come to us for a jumpstart back into a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Do I need exercise equipment?
Getting a great workout takes little to no equipment, which makes investing in equipment 100% optional. In fact, our trainers will come with a bag of fitness equipment to use during your session.
I have a very busy life. What if I can’t straighten up my house before the trainer arrives?
Our focus is on your goals, not the cleanliness of your home. As long as you can clear some floor space, your trainer will get you the results you want. If you love efficiency, we can throw in some vacuum lunges. Otherwise, you can leave the mess at home and train in our exclusive studio.
Do I need a personal trainer?
