How to Incorporate Oils into Your Day

Essential oils have been around for years as they have many benefits. One of their most commonly used properties is to purify the air. Just add a few drops to your difuser and feel like you’re breathing in smooth fresh air. Essential oils have many other functions besides smelling good! Here are a few purposes and ways to incorporate them into your daily life.

Basil, Lavender, and Ylang-Ylang

These oils are known for reducing anxiety and depression. They can help to treat headaches, nervousness, and even insomnia. Using these oils for relief can also boost your spirit- giving more confidence, self-esteem, and even energizing your entire mood. When diluted with water, you can simply spray the air or area from a small container. A little goes a long way.

Peppermint and Eucalyptus

Both oils work amazing for respiratory care. They are natural energizers that help to clean pollution and mold in the air. They can also help to cleanse your body from toxins that make you sick. This makes these two the number one blends that are beneficial during cold and allergy season. Massage tiny amounts onto chest and neck to improve breathing and clarity.

Frankincense, Lemongrass, Rosemary

Some of the best ingredients for healthy skin come from these oils. Just add them to your regimen to see results within a few weeks. Great for reducing wrinkles and increasing blood flow, they help to make skin look and feel soft and young. Frankincense is especially great for treating acne, just combine a few drops with warm water and cleanse gently with a cloth morning and night.
