Hey Everyone! I hope you’re coming off of a great weekend.
A friend of mine just pointed out that she’s been having problems toning things up the way she wants before July hits (for some reason that’s beach season in here eyes). When I asked her what she had been doing to tighten things up, she mentioned new exercise routines she’d been maintaining – but then she said that her results have plateaued.
