Have you ever noticed the difference in how you feel when you eat something light and low in sodium vs. how you feel when you eat… say… a delicious 1/2 pound burger from your favorite restaurant? That’s sort of what happened to me yesterday.
Just to provide a little background, as we all know – yesterday was Memorial Day. That said, family and friends all gathered at my Parents’ place to enjoy a nice summer cookout. Needless to say, I left that event not feeling so great about the food I had just ate. Sure, it tasted great; but I still felt sluggish afterward – so I went on a hunt for a cleansing option on the internet. What I’m sharing with you today is what I found.
And I figure if it’s good enough for me – it’s good enough to share with my readers I promise this isn’t a fad diet (I’m not into those), it’s just a bit of knowledge on some “better food” ideas.
